The Zeiss Cell Observer SD Spinning Disk Confocal allows for fixed or live-sample imaging.

This system allows magnification at 10x, 20x, 20x LWD, 40x, and 63x (oil), includes laser lines at 405nm, 488nm, and 561nm, and includes BFP, GFP, and DSRed filter cubes. It is also DIC and phase contrast capable.

For live-cell imaging, this system enables long term imaging of living cells and organisms with minimal phototoxicity using fully integrated temperature and CO2/O2 control and high resolution or EMCCD cameras, using spinning disk technology from Yokogawa CSU-X1.

The recharge rate for the Zeiss Observer SD Spinning Disk Confocal system is $23/hour without operator assist and $38/hour with operator assist
