Fluidigm Helios (a CyTOF® system) Mass Cytometer

helios-pic.jpgThe FLUIDIGM Helios is a high-performance cell analyzer providing multiparameter analysis, including simultaneous detection of > 50 distinct parameters. This system employs probes (most often antibodies) that are labeled with heavy metals to be detected by time of flight (TOF) mass spectrometry.

  • Cell sorter has four lasers (405nm, 488nm, 561nm, 640nm) and can detect up to 13 color parameters. Equipped with a moveable platform for clone sorting into 96 well plates, and a temperature controller for maintaining sorted cells at cold temperatures during sorts.
