Stem Cells Offer Hope -- On Thursday evening April 25th the Sue and Bill Gross Stem Cell Center showed off our research in a whole new way: The Stem Cell Art Gallery – Featuring extraordinary images of Human Cells -- The hope of stem cells resides in their ability to be converted into specific cell types with the potential to treat disease. These larger-than-life images, captured by scientists in the Sue & Bill Gross Stem Cell Research Center, depict stem cell types with the potential to treat everything from spinal cord injury to diabetes to blindness.
