Dear Confocal Potential User,

NEW RATES!!

We have changed the usage rates for the SCRC users to reflect the rates offered at the Optical Biology Core Facility. The rate is now $20/hour for the use of the Zeiss META 510LSM.

WHAT DOES THE MICROSCOPE HAVE?

The 510LSM is Equipped with Argon Ion laser (458, 477,488, 514nm), HeNe 561nm laser, HeNe 633nm and a 2-Photon Coherent, Chameleon Laser (710-930nm).

It is also equipped with a CO2 temperature controlled chamber used for long term live cell imaging.
