The Nikon Ti-E inverted fluorescent microscope includes a fully automated stage, objective nosepiece, and filter wheel. The lens objective choices include 4x to 40x for live cultures and 4x to 60x and 100x (oil) for fixed slides. A stage top incubator is included which takes advantage of the perfect focus system for long-term live imaging. Additionally, real time deconvolution is quickly and easily applied to any real-time and meta-file-saved image to mathematically remove out-of-focus imaging planes based on known optical characteristics of the hardware for sharper images.
